I have over 15 years consulting experience working on international donor funded democracy and governance projects in Latin America and the Caribbean, including open government, accountability and anti-corruption reforms, judicial and criminal justice, violence against women, and human rights protection projects. I specialize in scoping missions or field research and technical writing for developing project proposals. I also provide start-up and annual work plan support for active projects.
As a community member, I am involved in police reform in San Francisco to increase transparency and accountability, and develop alternatives to policing.
